Refund Policy

This policy applies to Career GPS subscriptions purchased through Paddle.
Initial purchases
Customers may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase.
Renewals
Renewal payments may also be reviewed for refund requests made within 14 days of renewal.
How refunds are handled
Refund requests are subject to applicable law and Paddle's refund procedures. Refunds for Paddle transactions are processed through Paddle as Merchant of Record. Approval, payment-method processing times, and any required account-access adjustment depend on the circumstances of the transaction and Paddle's processing.

Email [email protected] or use our Contact / Support page. Include the email address used for the purchase and enough transaction information for the purchase to be identified. Do not send complete card details.
Statutory rights
This policy does not affect statutory consumer rights or refund rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
